Terms & Conditions – Free Website Creation or Migration

By using the free website creation or migration service provided by Rocon, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility Criteria

This offer is valid only for clients who subscribe to a minimum of a yearly Solo Site Plan or higher.

Clients purchasing multiple yearly plans may be eligible for more than one free website creation or migration, subject to Rocon’s discretion.
-
Monthly or trial plans do not qualify for this offer.
2. What’s Included
The following services are provided free of charge under this offer:

Development of up to 5 responsive web pages.
-
Use of predefined themes/templates for design.
-
Basic WooCommerce integration for standard eCommerce setups.
-
Mobile responsiveness and standard SEO-ready structure.
3. What’s Not Included
Additional services or requests beyond the scope of the free offering will incur extra charges. These include:

Additional pages beyond the initial five.
-
Highly customized design work or layouts not based on predefined themes.
-
Advanced eCommerce functionality or complex plugin integrations.
-
Any third-party services or features not included in the standard setup.
4. Process Overview
a. Requirement Gathering
-
Collection of content, branding elements, and client preferences.
-
If needs exceed the free plan scope, a custom quote will be shared for approval.
-
Requirements are documented before proceeding to the next stage.
b. Design & Development
- Identify the closest matching template based on requirement gathering.
- Customize and tweak the template as per client needs.
- Share the tailored design with the client for Phase 1 review and approval.
- Proceed with the customization of approved design.
d. Demo & Feedback
-
A demo version of the website is shared with the client.

Minor revisions within the free plan scope will be accommodated.
-
Only one round of QA/review is included, where the client can share their consolidated list of requested changes.
-
Major revisions or out-of-scope changes will be quoted separately.
e. Deployment
-
Final deployment includes domain pointing using client-provided DNS details.
-
Domain purchase assistance is available if the client doesn’t have one.
-
SSL setup and basic security configurations are completed as part of go-live.
5. HandOver
-
After the development process and final deployment, the handover will be considered officially completed.

Any hosting-related issues faced post-deployment will be resolved by Rocon Support, but these are not covered under the free development scope.

Following the final review of the site, if no response is received from the client within 7 working days, the service will be treated as auto-handed over.
6. Code Ownership & Portability
-
Once the website is developed and deployed, the code belongs to the client.
-
Clients are free to migrate their website out of Rocon at any time without restrictions.
-
There are no contractual obligations binding clients to stay hosted with Rocon after deployment.
-
Rocon will not charge any exit or code-release fee for transferring the website to another host.
7. General Terms
-
Rocon reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
-
Misuse of the offer, such as submitting false upgrade requests, may result in service denial.
-
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and required assets to avoid delays.
-
All deliverables are subject to milestone-based approvals.
